Your own virtual marketing manager
If you’re not quite ready to invest in a full time marketing person or need someone to help work alongside a junior employee in your team, an virtual marketing manager could be ideal. It’s also the answer if you feel overwhelmed and put off marketing altogether!
Benefits of using an virtual marketing manager
A virtual marketing manager is so much more than someone that just looks after your marketing. They can quite literally transform your business.
At Yorkshire Medical Marketing, your virtual marketing manager has access to a tried-and-trusted bunch of designers and writers plus the latest types of marketing software to make you look great.
This helps keep our overheads low & our fees super affordable.
Ways a virtual marketing manager can help your business
Teams that don’t have a dedicated marketing person or need interim support to help through a busy period. We’ve worked with: general practice (individual practices, GP federations and primary care networks), NHS clinical commissioning groups and providers, private clinics (physiotherapists, podiatrists and hospital consultants) wellbeing providers (social prescribing, third-sector, wellbeing organisations) and providers to healthcare businesses (management consultants, accountants, training providers).
Most marketing activities can be done remotely/virtually. Some clients prefer to see us (more often than not for a chin wag and or to bounce ideas off) so we work from their offices as well. We have all our own equipment such as laptops and software so you don’t need to provide us with anything else…except good humour…and Kit Kats help!
Available to help you from 1-8 days per month (subject to availability) with just a minimum booking of three months. Hours are delivered throughout the month so you can flex up and flex down the work required each week. So for example, if you have four days of virtual marketing manager support each month, depending on the jobs you need us to do, we might do so many hours one week, flex up to more for a fortnight (when you have that big event on), and spread the other hours evenly over the rest of the month.
