When you book our outsourced marketing manager, we start with a one-hour free session to discuss your marketing needs. Either over the phone or face-to-face – preferably with cake involved. We’ll then agree your objectives and how long we’ll need to achieve that. Every business is different. And things change fast in healthcare so you can be assured of regular updates to keep us both on track.

Where we’re needed.
Most marketing activities can be done remotely/virtually. Some clients prefer to see us (more often than not for a chin wag and or to bounce ideas off) so we work from their offices as well. We have all our own equipment such as laptops and software so you don’t need to provide us with anything else…except good humour…and biscuits help!
Our outsourced marketing managers are currently available from 1-8 days per month with just a minimum booking of three months. That’s so you can get to know us and start to see the value we provide for your healthcare business. We deliver the hours throughout the month so can flex up and flex down the work required each week. So for example, if you have four days (32 hours) of outsourced marketing manager support each month, depending on the jobs you need us to do, we might do four hours one week, flex up to eight for a fortnight (when you have that big event on), and spread the other hours evenly over the rest of the month.

Most of our clients book us for 3-4 days per month and flex this up or down as they need at the end of their three-month contract with many sticking with us continuously (which we’re thrilled about). Some prefer to use us for a few months during busy periods or for specific marketing campaigns. It’s all fine with us! Working this way means you can budget better and benefit from all our creativity, writing and expertise neatly packed up into a standard day rate which is determined by your size and requirements.
